Booking Policies
We accept instant confirmation online bookings. We do not accept bookings from official tourism information centers. We accept payment by bank transfer. We accept payment with the following cards:

Check-In: Please agree a time with us and let us know if you are going to be early or late Standard Check-Out Time: 10:00 AM Please contact us if you would like to check-in earlier / check-out later. WE NEED A MOBILE NUMBER FOR YOU IN CASE OF CHANGES
Changes and cancellations - We will only refund your deposit if we can re-let your room, this is at our discretion and we are not obilged to offer a refund. Refunds, if offered are done so minus £10 administration fee to cover our time and any credit card charges.
We HAVE DOGS- In Case you are allergic.
CHECK IN TIME IS 4.30 OR AFTER AND BY ARRANGEMENT, that is you have told us and we have agreed. Please let us know if you will arrive at a different time, otherwise there may be no one here to let you in.
We do not accept any liability for any damage, loss or injury to any member of your party or any vehicles or possessions, unless proven to be caused by a negligent act by ourselves. - We accept well behaved pets. We have two dogs, they are not allowed upstairs. We have had guests stay who have mild allergies (as I have myself), the downstairs having a wood floor helps. In making a booking we assume you know there are dogs here.
- We need a mobile number in use when you are arriving in case of any problems or changes on either side. thankyou
