Booking Policies
We accept instant confirmation online bookings.
We accept bookings from official tourism information centers. We accept payment with the following cards:     
Standard Check-In Time: 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM
Standard Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM
Please contact us if you would like to check-in earlier / check-out later. First night's accommodation charge required as a non refundable deposit. The remaining balance is required 14 days before arrival. Should you book less than 14 days before arrival the total balance will be due Other Policies- CulverHouse
Terms & Conditions ::
Deposit and cancellation policy
A booking is deemed to be provisional until a deposit has been paid. Deposits are
non-refundable and will normally equal the first nights accommodation or 25% of the
total booking fee, whichever is the greater.
Once a deposit has been accepted, a legally binding contract has been entered into
and the balance of the total booking sum will become payable 14 days prior to
arrival.
Should the arrival date be closer than 14 days, then the total booking
Fee will become payable at the time of booking.
We will email prior to collecting the balance from your debit/credit card. If payment
is being made by cheque then a cheque for the deposit and a post dated cheque
dated 21 days prior to arrival must be presented at the time of booking .( Cheque
clearance normally takes 7 days).
We will accept cancellation of a booking if notification is received by us 14 days or
