Booking Policies
We accept online bookings on a request only basis. We will contact you to confirm your reservation request.
We do not accept bookings from official tourism information centers. We accept payment with the following cards: Standard Check-In Time: 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM
Standard Check-Out Time: 10:00 AM
Please contact us if you would like to check-in earlier / check-out later. BOOKING TERMS
A deposit of £50 per room is payable to secure your B&B accommodation and must be received within 7 days of your booking request, please make cheques payable to Mrs M Steer. If you wish to pay by credit card an additional charge will be payable to cover processing costs. If a deposit is not received within 7 days the accommodation will become available again.
CANCELLATION TERMS
If it becomes necessary for you to cancel your booking, please advise us immediately and we will do our best to re-let your accommodation.
If you cancel your booking within 7 days of the start date, the full amount outstanding will become payable immediately if we are unable to re-let the accommodation.
If more than 7 days notice of cancellation is given, 75% of the amount outstanding will become payable immediately unless we are able to re-let the accommodation.
Bookings are only accepted under the above terms and conditions, payment of a deposit is taken as acceptance Other Policies- Any damages to property must be paid for.
