Built in the 1700's as a double kiln oast house, peacefully situated in the Garden of England.
We are now a highly recommended bed and breakfast stay with outstanding views. Discover castles such as Leeds and Bodiam. Visit Sissinghurst and its Gardens, the Cinque Ports of Tenterden and Rye. Hastings and the coast. Wildlife Centres, and Museums. Take Steam Trains to Bodiam Castle . Visit Battle,(1066) and many other picturesque villages set in the beautiful countryside around you.
We have three large bedrooms (one a family room), with super comfortable king size beds. The rooms have colour flat screen TV with freeview, radio alarm clock, coffee and tea making facilities. Our en-suite bathrooms are luxurious with all the extras that you need to be able to spoil yourself and all the bedrooms have stunning views.
As well as Bed and Breakfasts, evening meals and special diets are catered for, by prior arrangement. Vegetables are grown in our own organic garden. And the bread you eat is home made! Jane, your hostess, is an accomplished professional cook. Guests can enjoy breakfast or dinner in the dining room, or on sunny days al fresco on the terrace, and then relax in the sitting room in front of a log fire, stroll round the gardens, play a game of croquet, or simply watch the ducks.
