As an eco-friendly family we do our best to minimise the impact our business has on the environment. Living within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB) brings its own rewards and responsibilities. Recycling, energy and water saving are all everyday practices. We use Local, Fairtrade and Organic produce whenever we can. Bosayne is a Carbon Neutral business.

Free WiFi broadband connection is available in all guest areas. Guests only need their laptop or similar device.

Booking Policies

We accept instant confirmation online bookings.
We do not accept bookings from official tourism information centers.

We accept payment with the following cards:

Standard Check-In Time: 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM
Standard Check-Out Time: 10:00 AM
Please contact us if you would like to check-in earlier / check-out later.

1-4 night stays: A deposit of the first nights fee, will be required in advance to secure the room. 5-night or more stays: A deposit of 20%, will be required in advance to secure the room. Deposits are non-refundable, however in the event of cancellation they will be held for six months and deducted from a new booking made within this time. Please note should you leave before the end of your booking we reserve the right to charge 75% of the outstanding reservation. In the event of the room being re-let this amount will be refunded.

Other Policies

• Children aged 0 to 6 years of age are accommodated free of charge. Child rates are charged for children aged 6 to 15 years.
• No smoking is permitted indoors.
• No pets are permitted in the bed and breakfast.
• Guests are liable for damages and breakages - Holiday/Travel insurance advised
