Booking Policies
We accept instant confirmation online bookings. We accept bookings from official tourism information centers. We accept payment with the following cards:
Standard Check-In Time: 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM Standard Check-Out Time: 10:00 AM Please contact us if you would like to check-in earlier / check-out later. Cancellation : 1-4 days breaks :
upto 14 days prior no charge except any deposit will be kept, upto 8 days prior 25% incl any deposit of total booking will be charged and 7 days or less 50% of total booking incl. deposit will be paid if booking is cancelled. 1 day or no show 85%.
For Holidays of 5 or more nights : upto 31 days prior to the holiday 50% incl deposit, 14 days prior : 75% incl deposit, 1 day or no show 85% incl deposit.
ALWAYS TAKE OUT APPROPRIATE HOLIDAY INSURANCE TO COVER YOURSELVES AND YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES.
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO BE ABLE TO USE YOUR CREDIT CARD WITH CUSTOMER NOT PRESENT IN ORDER TO SETTLE OUTSTANDING BALANCES DUE TO ANY CANCELLATION AS PER OUR TERMS & CONDITIONS WHICH YOU MUST AGREE TO PRIOR TO BOOKING. THESE ARE ON THE MAIN GLENROSS WEBSITE.
Full Payment is requested upon arrival. Credit cards 0% / Debit cards and Cash welcome. No cheques unless 2 weeks prior. Other Policies- The glenross reserves the right to not accept " an Instant Confirmation Booking " when made by the customer. The guest will have confirmation back from us quickly to confirm the room type and booking dates and will seek to offer other available dates if the chosen room type and or date cannot be offered if the room has been sold manually in the meantime before the system could be updated. - Sorry but we do not take any single sex groups. Other groups are welcome as are pets but you must contact us in the first instance.
- All mobility and dietry issues must be discussed prior to booking. Please feel free to contact us first.

- It is the guests responsibility to read and understand all terms and conditions stated on the Glenross Main Website. eg check in and out times, dinner and bar service times, dinner pre-order before 3pm on day of arrival. Full payment on arrival.
