Lacey's Guest House

Our Guest House is within easy reach of all attractions along this coast. Within a few minutes walk we have the Rodwell Trail (the old Weymouth - Portland railway) which enables walkers and cyclists (which we welcome) to reach Portland Harbour traffic free. Great for the 2012 Olympics.

We have plenty of on-site parking so that you can enjoy the full flavour of Weymouth without using your car. As you may be aware Weymouth is part of the Jurassic Coast with outstanding scenery.

Your hosts, Nigel and Wendy, have known the area for over 30 years and are therefore able to give you valuable information and knowledge about Weymouth and surrounding areas.

All rooms are very well equipped (4 are en-suite) plus there is a fridge available for guest use, which also contains fresh milk (we don't like the little UHT pots either!!). All rooms have access to FREE WiFi Internet.

We also will do our best to cater for special dietary requirements.

• For the comfort and safety of all our guests, Lacey's Guest House is a strictly NO- SMOKING property. All rooms have modern centrally monitored smoke detectors. Guests will be asked to leave at any time if they smoke in their rooms or anywhere on the property. No refund will be payable. We must be informed immediately of any accidents or breakages within our property or to our property. All damage must be paid for, however caused, at the present market rate. All cars parked on our property are at the owner's risk. All contents and your own personal effects are your own responsibility. We accept no liability for any damage or loss.
