Pricing
We offer the best value for money rates in the industry. If you can find better rates then please let us know!
You can mix and match from any of our services; you do not have to use our MyUKTravel.PMS service if you just want to use ZERO Commission online booking and vice versa.
Our rates are based on the size of your property and whether you wish to be invoiced every six or twelve months; the longer the period you commit to then the cheaper the service gets.
All prices are in GBP and exclude VAT (note that we are currently not VAT registered so you won't have to pay this).
Installation & Training
Our systems are specifically designed so that you can install and setup the software yourself.
However, installation and training is available if you require it at a rate of £25 per hour +VAT.
If onsite installation is required then our reasonable travel costs will also be applicable. A minimum charge of 4 hours applies to all onsite installations.
Support
Email and telephone support during office hours is included. If using our PMS service we may require remote access to your computer in order to resolve some issues.
Whilst support is generally free for paying customers during office hours, we reserve the right to charge you at our standard rate of £25 per hour + VAT if the problem
is caused by your equipment or environment or is outside of our control. Our policy is not to charge customers for support calls of less than 10 minutes duration.
Support outside office hours is charged at £40 per hour +VAT. A minimum charge of 1 hour applies.
Invoice & Payments
Our system will automatically send you an invoice by email when it becomes due. You can view all of your invoices/payments via your online statement.
Payments can be made via internet banking or credit card (note that a small credit card surcharge applies if paying by this method).
